Waterland Private Equity completed the acquisition of GoGift from Nordisk Film.

Waterland Private Equity, a private equity firm that invests in insurance, completed the acquisition of GoGift, a global corporate gifting and rewards company, from Nordisk Film, a Nordic entertainment and experience company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to welcome GoGift to the Waterland portfolio.
