The Riverside completed the investment in Wall Street Prep from Eden Capital Management.

The Riverside, an investment firm focused on the smaller end of the middle market, completed the investment in Wall Street Prep, a global provider of financial training solutions and certifications, from Eden Capital Management, a private equity firm backing leading management teams in education and financial services companies.
