HomeToGo completed the acquisition of Interhome from Migros for €250m.

HomeToGo, a SaaS-supported platform for vacation rentals, completed the acquisition of Interhome, a pan-European company specializing in the rental of holiday homes and holiday apartments, from Migros, a Swiss retail company and supermarket operator, for €250m. This transaction will integrate Europe’s second largest vacation rental management company into HomeToGo Group, marking HomeToGo’s largest transaction to date and expected to significantly enhance its revenue, profitability and Free Cash Flow generation.
