HomeToGo completed the acquisition of Interhome for €250m.

HomeToGo, a SaaS-supported platform for vacation rentals, completed the acquisition of Interhome, a pan-European company specializing in the rental of holiday homes and holiday apartments, for €250m. This transaction will integrate Europe’s second largest vacation rental management company into HomeToGo Group, marking HomeToGo’s largest transaction to date and expected to significantly enhance its revenue, profitability and Free Cash Flow generation.
