Dolomiti Energia completed the acquisition of IVPC Group Renewable Energy Companies from IVPC Group for €179m.

Dolomiti Energia, an Italian utility company, completed the acquisition of IVPC Group Renewable Energy Companies, which specializes in developing, managing, and maintaining wind and photovoltaic plants, from IVPC Group, an Italian renewable energy developer, for €179m. "We share the strategic vision of the CEO of the Dolomiti Energia Group, Stefano Granella, convinced that this alliance is between two traditional leaders in their respective sectors and that the dawning partnership will be a source of highly successful business development," Oreste Vigorito, IVPC Chairman.
