UBV Ocean & Air completed the acquisition of ISL Nardi International from ISL Nardi.

UBV Ocean & Air, an Italian-based company specializing in global supply chain and logistics solutions, completed the acquisition of ISL Nardi International, an international logistics company, from ISL Nardi, a freight forwarding company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
