Tes Global completed the acquisition of Education Horizon Group from Potentia Capital.

Tes Global, a digital education company, completed the acquisition of Education Horizon Group, an Australian EdTech company, from Potentia Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Education Horizons is now part of Tes! Education Horizons became part of Tes in 2025 and brings over 40 years of experience in empowering schools with premium software solutions for K-12 Independent schools in Australia and globally."
