Carousel Capital completed the acquisition of a minority stake in OnSight Industries from Copeley Capital.

Carousel Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in OnSight Industries, a provider of custom signage and graphics solutions, from Copeley Capital, a private investment firm based in Charlotte, NC. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very excited to partner with OnSight management and Copeley Capital to support the future growth of the business.
