Long Life Capital-backed Sitka Power, a Canadian renewable energy developer and independent power producer, completed the acquisition of a portfolio of operating renewable electricity generation and battery energy storage assets of Saturn Power, a renewable energy developer and operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The team at Sitka Power is an experienced owner and operator of renewable electricity and battery storage assets.
