EFG International to acquire Cité Gestion.

EFG International, a global private banking group, agreed to acquire Cité Gestion, Swiss private bank. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With its unique multi-custodian service for UHNWI, the acquisition of Cité Gestion strengthens EFG's presence and capabilities in its domestic Swiss market, while aligning with the Group's development strategy and entrepreneurial business model at a global level," Giorgio Pradelli, EFG International CEO.
