Sandbrook Capital to acquire intellirent division from Electro Rent.

Sandbrook Capital, a private equity firm that invests in energy infrastructure, agreed to acquire intellirent division from Electro Rent, a global provider of testing and technology solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The intellirent segment has grown significantly under our ownership and established itself as a leader in the power and electrical testing equipment rental market across a range of testing environments and industries," Mike Clark, Electro Rent CEO.
