Grovecourt Capital Partners completed the acquisition of IMRIS.

Grovecourt Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of IMRIS, an intraoperative MRI solution company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “IMRIS stands at the forefront of intraoperative medical imaging.
