Mitsui & Co to acquire a 40% stake in Rhodes Ridge from VOC Group and AMB Holdings for $5.34bn.

Mitsui & Co, a Japanese trading company, offered to acquire a 40% stake in Rhodes Ridge, an iron ore project located in Western Australia, from VOC Group, a British Virgin Islands company established to manage the wealth of the late Michael Wright, and AMB Holdings, a private company owned by Perth-based billionaire Angela Bennett, for $5.34bn.
