Liaoning Hengdasheng Investment, an industrial investment company, completed the acquisition of an 86% stake in Toyo Tire Zhangjiagang, a manufacturer and distributor of tires intended for passenger cars and light trucks, from Toyo Tire, a multinational manufacturer of motor vehicle tires and rubber products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
