Head Digital Works to acquire Deltatech Gaming for $56.6m.

Head Digital Works, an online skill gaming company, agreed to acquire Deltatech Gaming, a company in the RMG segment, for $56.6m. “This acquisition brings together two of India’s biggest skill-gaming platforms, aiming to deliver an unparalleled gaming experience and foster innovation in the online poker space. By leveraging Adda52’s expertise and A23’s technological capabilities, the combined entity is poised to set new industry standards and accelerate growth in the Indian online gaming market,” Head Digital Works.
