Cosette Pharmaceuticals to acquire Mayne Pharma for $430m.

Cosette Pharmaceuticals, an American pharmaceutical company with a fast-growing portfolio of products in women’s health and dermatology, agreed to acquire Mayne Pharma, an Australian speciality pharmaceutical company focused on commercializing novel and generic pharmaceuticals, for $430m. "By combining Cosette’s strong portfolio with Mayne Pharma’s proven commercial expertise, the combined company will be well positioned to further invest in innovation, portfolio expansion and better serve our patients.
