Cenos Offshore Windfarm to acquire North Connect.

Cenos Offshore Windfarm, a company developing a floating offshore wind farm in the North Sea, agreed to acquire North Connect, a company focused on developing a subsea electricity interconnector between Scotland and Norway. Financial terms were not disclosed.
