Targa Resources to acquire a 45% stake in Targa Badlands from Blackstone for $1.8bn.

Targa Resources, a provider of midstream services, agreed to acquire a 45% stake in Targa Badlands, the entity that holds all of Targa's assets in North Dakota, from Blackstone, an alternative asset manager, for $1.8bn.
