Hubbell completed the acquisition of Ventev from Tessco.

Hubbell, a manufacturer of electrical and electronic products, completed the acquisition of Ventev, a wireless solutions company, from Tessco, a distributor of wireless infrastructure products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
