Nittoseiko completed the acquisition of Vulcan Forge.

Nittoseiko, a Japanese company engaged in the development and manufacture of products using fastening, assembly, and inspection technologies, completed the acquisition of Vulcan Forge, an iron and steel products manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed.
