Riverside-backed Mintra to acquire and merge with Moxie Media.

Riverside-backed Mintra, a provider of digital learning and workforce management solutions for the maritime and energy industries, agreed to acquire and merge with Moxie Media, a US-based specialist in training content and media production for safety-critical sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Mintra is committed to driving safety and competency development in safety-critical industries.
