XPS Pensions Group completed the acquisition of Polaris Actuaries and Consultants for £58.4m.

XPS Pensions Group, a pensions consulting and administration business, completed the acquisition of Polaris Actuaries and Consultants, a provider of insurance, risk and regulatory consulting services, for £58.4m.
