PE-backed Philipp Agustoni, a former CEO of Micasa, and Manuel Landolt, a former COO of Migros, completed the acquisition of Micasa, a furniture, decoration, and lighting store that offers a wide range of home furnishing products and services, from Migros, a retail company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Together with Rethink, we are embarking on a new chapter for Micasa with great energy – independent, autonomous, and with a clear vision,” Philipp Agustoni.
