Morgan Stanley Capital Partners-backed Resource Innovations completed the acquisition of Richard Heath & Associates.

Morgan Stanley Capital Partners-backed Resource Innovations (RI), an energy transformation firm focused on energy efficiency and sustainability, completed the acquisition of Richard Heath & Associates (RHA), a company providing underserved communities with equitable access to energy efficiency, energy resilience, and public health-related services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
