InfraVia, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire an 80% stake in Louis Dreyfus Armateurs, a group specializing in high value-added industrial marine services, from Louis-Dreyfus, a merchant and processor of agricultural goods. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted by InfraVia’s investment in LDA because we share the same vision, the same values and, of course, the same ambitions for our group.
