TowerBrook Capital Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Berkeley Research Group (BRG) from Endeavour Capital.

TowerBrook Capital Partners, an investment management firm headquartered in London and New York City, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Berkeley Research Group (BRG), a global consulting firm, from Endeavour Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to partner with BRG and its management team.
