Pride Capital Partners completed the acquisition of a minority stake in CCIT

Pride Capital Partners, a private equity firm specializing in software and IT investments, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in CCIT, a Danish IT services company offering comprehensive IT solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The investment gives us the opportunity to accelerate our ambitions to become an even bigger player in the Danish IT market. We have already created a solid platform through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
