Costamare, a global container shipping provider, completed the spin off of its dry bulk business into an independent and publicly-traded company called Costamare Bulkers. The successful execution of the Costamare Bulkers spin-off transforms Costamare into a predominantly global container shipping provider, while still maintaining its presence in Neptune Maritime Leasing.
