Certis Belchim, a company specializing in innovative crop protection solutions, agreed to acquire a 30% stake in K&N Efthymiadis, a plant protection subsidiary operating in Greece and Cyprus, from Redestos, a company engaged in the development and distribution of agricultural products and services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
