Advantest completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Micronics Japan

Advantest, a manufacturer of automatic test and measurement equipment used in the design and production of semiconductors, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Micronics Japan, a company that manufactures, and sells testing and measuring instruments for the semiconductor and flat panel display (FPD) industries.
