Cathay Capital-backed DiliTrust completed the acquisition of PACTA.

Cathay Capital-backed DiliTrust, a developer of software designed to improve operational processes around corporate governance, completed the acquisition of PACTA, a German contract lifecycle management software. Financial terms were not disclosed. "PACTA is a recognized leader in the German CLM space, and their deep market knowledge makes them a perfect fit for our European expansion strategy.
