ASC Investment completed the acquisition of Compositec from Forvia

ASC Investment, an industrial holding group based in Luxembourg and Munich, completed the acquisition of Compositec, a quality-leading Tier 1 supplier offering innovative composite parts and solutions, from Forvia, a global automotive technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
