Eurazeo to acquire a majority stake in Mapal Software from PSG.

Eurazeo, a French private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Mapal Software, a European operational management software provider offering a comprehensive AI-powered SaaS platform, from PSG, a private equity firm.
