Sofindev-backed WVT Group to merge with Roam Technology.

Sofindev-backed WVT Group, a pan-European multi-vertical hygiene chemicals specialist, agreed to merge with Roam Technology, a provider of advanced hygiene and disinfection solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This partnership will empower us in our ambitions to become a global and trusted partner for biosecurity solutions in Horticulture, Livestock and Medical markets.
