Hawk Infinity Software, a privately owned, Norway-based owner of enterprise software companies, completed the acquisition of ROQC Data Management, company providing proprietary subsurface data management tools alongside specialised enhancements to subsurface software technology platforms. Financial terms were not disclosed.
