Siparex Group to acquire a majority stake in WVT Group from Sofindev.

Siparex Group, an independent French private equity specialist, agreed to acquire a majority stake in WVT Group, a pan-European hygiene solutions provider, from Sofindev, a Belgian private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We welcome Siparex as our new majority shareholder and look forward to leveraging their expertise to drive our next phase of growth. We are also pleased to continue our collaboration with Sofindev, who has been instrumental in our development over the past years," Ward Van Thielen, WVT Group CEO and Founder.
