Sika completed the acquisition of Cromar Building Products.

Sika, a multinational specialty chemical company, completed the acquisition of Cromar Building Products, a manufacturer and supplier of a wide range of roofing and building products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Cromar perfectly complements our roofing business in the UK. With its established customer relationships and route to market in distribution, the acquisition provides a strong platform for further growth.
