Truelink Capital completed the acquisition of R/GA from Interpublic Group.

Truelink Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of R/GA, the creative innovation company, from Interpublic Group, a provider of marketing solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This strategic move allows Interpublic to further sharpen our focus on our core strategic offerings. We wish all the great people at R/GA the best of luck going forward,” Philippe Krakowsky, Interpublic Group CEO.
