Sherwin-Williams, an American paints and coatings company, completed the acquisition of Shingels, a Spanish developer, manufacturer and seller of paints and coatings. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Shingels has grown sales by a double-digit percentage over the last five years through a clear focus on customer solutions and will add to the momentum of our existing European coil coatings business.
