EMMA Capital completed the acquisition of Diamedix from Buenavista Equity Partners.

EMMA Capital, a Czech private investment holding, completed the acquisition of Diamedix, a Romanian independent medical equipment distributor, from Buenavista Equity Partners, a Spanish private equity group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Diamedix signifies a great development impulse for us. Thanks to it, we will become one of the most important players on the market in the whole region, and in the future, this segment may gradually become another main pillar of EMMA Capital Group’s entire business," Michal Houst, EMMA Capital Partner.
