TXT to acquire IT Value for €15m.

TXT, an international software development and consulting company, agreed to acquire IT Value, a software boutique specializing in developing digital innovation solutions for public administration processes optimization, for €15m. Strong synergies are expected within the Public Sector segment, where the TXT’s companies WebGenesys and HSPI will act as partners for distributing IT Value's innovative solutions and related services.
