Hub International completed the acuisition of commercial and employee benefit services business from Malloy Imrie & Vasconi.

Hub International, a global insurance brokerage and financial services firm, completed the acuisition of commercial and employee benefit services business from Malloy Imrie & Vasconi, an independent firm providing commercial, employee benefits and personal insurance company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to welcome the MIV Insurance team to Hub.
