Beacon completed the acquisition of DM Figley.

Beacon, a publicly-traded wholesale distributor specializing in roofing, waterproofing and related exterior products, completed the acquisition of DM Figley, a wholesale distributor of sealants, waterproofing and concrete repair materials. Financial terms were not disclosed. "By combining forces with Beacon’s Waterproofing team, we will join a multi-platform business with a broader geographic footprint, enabling us to better serve customers and create opportunities for our team members," Janet DiGioia, DM Figley CEO.
