Mehiläinen completed the acquisition of InMedica from INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund.

Mehiläinen, a medical and health services provider, completed the acquisition of InMedica, a healthcare network, from INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund, a buyout fund. Financial terms were not disclosed. “During our investment period, the Company significantly expanded its services and geographic presence, becoming the largest private healthcare network in Lithuania.
