Jiliti Group completed the acquisition of Naitways for €35m.

Jiliti Group, a France-based IT infrastructure and lifecycle services company, completed the acquisition of Naitways, a French cloud services provider headquartered in Paris, for €35m. “Our aim at Jiliti is to continue our growth momentum by expanding our service offering. With this acquisition, we are confirming our European leadership across the entire IT value chain, while promoting cloud sovereignty in France,” Stéphane Hascoët, Jiliti Group Chairman.
