Judith Totten and Pollen Street Capital completed the acquisition of Upstream in a £150m deal.

Judith Totten, a founder of Upstream, and Pollen Street Capital, a financial services provider, completed the acquisition of Upstream, a structured asset-based lending services provider, in a £150m deal. “We are excited to work with Judith and the Upstream team on this new facility.
