Basalt Infrastructure Partners completed the acquisition of Circle Infra Partners.

Basalt Infrastructure Partners, an independent infrastructure investment firm, completed the acquisition of Circle Infra Partners, which provides wastewater services, infrastructure services, and facility & real estate services.
