Zydus to acquire an 85.6% stake in Amplitude Surgical from PAI Partners and Amplitude Surgical management for €256.8m.

Zydus, a global innovation-driven lifesciences company, agreed to acquire an 85.6% stake in Amplitude Surgical, a French player in the global market for surgical technologies, from PAI Partners, a private equity firm, and Amplitude Surgical management, for €256.8m. “The Amplitude Surgical team and I are delighted to join Zydus.
