Qflow Group completed the acquisition of Bro och Stålkontroll from Aspira Partners.

Qflow Group, which provides engineering consultancy services, focusing on construction and infrastructure projects, completed the acquisition of Bro och Stålkontroll, a company specialized in the inspection and maintenance of bridges and steel structures, from Aspira Partners, a value-based private equity investor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We at BSK are happy and proud to become part of the Qflow group, where together with all the companies in the group we become stronger. Even though we are a smaller company in the traditional sense, we are a spearhead in Sweden within our niche. Together with the other companies in the group, we will become a leader in infrastructure maintenance.
