Gjensidige Forsikring, a Nordic general insurance provider, completed the acquisition of BuySure, an insurance agent, for NOK430m. "The acquisition of Buysure broadens our footprint in the market for change of ownership insurance products and provides interesting opportunities for cross-selling in Gjensidige," Geir Holmgren, Gjensidige CEO.
